In a video posted on his social media platforms on Tuesday, Neeraj could be seen in skydiving gear and diving from a helicopter with an instructor. Needless to say but India’s golden boy landed successfully while sporting a bright smile.

Neeraj Chopra’s Historic feat in Zurich Diamond League Final: For the 24-year-old Indian, Switzerland has proved to be a good hunting ground as he won the Zurich Diamond League Final 2022 in the country on Thursday.
Neeraj Chopra became the first Indian to win the Diamond League trophy with his second throw, which measured 88.44 metres. Chopra fouled in his opening try of the night at the Letzigrund Stadium while competing in cloudy conditions.

The Indian javelin master followed up his first two attempts with a throw of 88.00m. In his fourth and fifth attempt, Neeraj Chopra recorded 86.11 and 87.00 metres, respectively. His last throw of the day was 83.60m.
2016 Diamond League champion Jakub Vadlejch of the Czech Republic came second. Vadlejch’s best attempt was of 86.94m, much short of his season and personal best throw of 90.88m at Zurich.
German Julian Weber, the current European champion, finished third with an 83.73m throw.
The triumph in Switzerland also put an end to Neeraj Chopra’s productive 2022 campaign. This season, reigning Olympic champion competed in six events and twice rewrote national record. Neeraj Chopra made history in July by becoming the first Indian to take home a silver medal in the World Athletics Championships.
