After two days of Group Stage matches Indian DOTA 2 team made it to the Bronze decider match on CEC 2022. The team will compete with New Zealand in the Third place decider matches. Indian DOTA 2 team started the journey at Commonwealth Esports Championships 2022 with a match-up against Trinidad & Tobago. India got a walkover in the match since the opponent team didn’t show up at the event. On the second day of the group stage, India defeated Wales in their first match which led the team to the playoffs. In the last match of the group stage and playoffs round 1, the Indian team didn’t perform well and lost against England and Malaysia respectively.

“The more complicated a game is, the more I like it”, he says. Ejaz first got into gaming when his father bought a PC for work when Ejaz was around seven or eight years old. “I was always into games, I always liked playing. At some point, I saw ads and stuff on a website about DOTA and I decided to give it a go.
Though it was only after four years that he thought about pursuing gaming as a career. “My advice for others would be to just give 100 percent to achieve your dreams. You don’t need to force yourself to play something just because some title is more popular. Just play the game that you love and commit 100 percent to it.”
