BGMI Master Series Week 3: After a magnificent and entertaining second week of the BGMI Masters Series(India’s first-ever televised esports event), top teams put their strides into the third week. Week 3 of the BGMI Masters Series is currently ongoing, where we have already witnessed the qualifiers’ Day 1 matches. The second day of Week 3 qualifiers will take place later today. Day 1 of Week 3 Qualifiers featured thrilling battles throughout the matches. Day 1 of the third-week qualifiers of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Master Series ended yesterday. Orangutan emerged on top of the leaderboard after all three matches with a total of 50 points. Chemin Esports and OR Esports finished at the second and third positions with 39 and 29 points respectively.

BGMI Masters Series Week 3 Format

The third week of the competition features two stages in the form of Qualifiers and Finals. In Qualifiers, three matches will be played on each day, starting at 8:00 PM today. The qualifiers will take place for four days and the top 16 teams will move to the Week 3 finals. Week 3 finals will take place from 8th July to 10th July 2022.

NODWIN Gaming, one of the world’s leading esports companies, has secured a partnership with India’s leading game streaming and esports platform, Loco, and the Android lock-screen platform, Glance Live, as its digital streaming partner. The competition features a massive prize pool of 1.5 Cr INR. The winning team will be awarded ₹2,500,000 while ₹100,000 will be awarded to the Most Valuable Player(MVP) of the competition. The weekly prize of the competition will be 25 lacs.

Week 3 Day 2 Schedule

  • First Match: Group B  and Group C – Erangel – 8:30 pm
  • Second Match: Group A and Group C–  Miramar– 9:15 pm
  • Third Match: Group A and Group C – Erangel – 10:00 pm

As we mentioned above, Group C teams will play all the matches today. So, they will have a chance to secure an early lead ahead of the next few days. The Week 3 Finals will start on Friday. Currently, Team XO is leading the league stage overall ranking. It remains to be seen if Team XO continue their consistent form or Orangutan picks up its form to climb up to the top.

Where to watch the BGMI Masters Series matches

Catch Week 3 action on Star Sports 2, Loco, and Glance Live from today July 4, 2022, between 8.00 pm to 11.30 pm. The broadcast will be in Hindi, Tamil & English. Week 3 qualifiers will kick off today, where all 24 teams will battle to qualify for the last weekly finals.
