From the league stage, the top seven teams in the Elite Groups – Madhya Pradesh, Bengal, Karnataka, Mumbai, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh – qualified directly for the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Jharkhand qualified for the last eight after defeating plate-group champion Nagaland in the pre-quarterfinals.

In the quarterfinals, Bengal will meet Jharkhand, Mumbai will face Uttarakhand, Karnataka will face Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab will lock horns with Madhya Pradesh.

In the first semifinal, the winner of Quarterfinal 1 (Bengal/Jharkhand) will meet the winner of Quarterfinal 4 (Punjab/Madhya Pradesh). In the second semifinal, the winner of Quarterfinal 2 (Mumbai/Uttarakhand) will meet the winner of Quarterfinal 3 (Karnataka/Uttar Pradesh).

The final will be held at M Chinnaswamy Stadium from June 22 to 26.
