The Proteas side posted pictures of their players hitting the gym, in a bid to prepare themselves for the upcoming encounter. Players like Marco Jansen, Aiden Markram and Rassie van der Dussen were seen sweating it out in the gym.
India has been in a phenomenal form off late and hasn’t lost a single T20I game since T20 World Cup that took place last November. The Men in blue boasts of a 12-0 win record and will be eager to extend their unbeaten run against Bavuma and Co.

“We obviously have the World Cup this year, so this T20 series against India would be good to start preparation towards that. We will try to win, try to stop India from World Record of Most Consecutive T20 Wins’, Bavuma was quoted by South African media before the Proteas team left for India.
