Earlier this year, Big E suffered a neck injury which led to serious issues leaving him completely out of action from WWE. The injury occurred during a SmackDown tapping when Ridge Holland delivered a suplex to Big E landing on his neck, which resulted in a broken neck.
Later, WWE Universe got consecutive updates about Big E’s injury, which involved serious problems to his neck and signal cord. Luckily, Big E didn’t suffer a concussion, which could have led him to severe medical conditions. Later, he revealed he doesn’t require surgery for his neck. However, earlier this month, Big E reported his neck wasn’t recovering fast and had to put on a neck brace for constant support.

Recently, Big E shared a photo of himself without a neck brace, wearing an EXOGEN ultrasonic bone healing device, on his Instagram story this weekend. While this might indicate a variety of things, it appears to be excellent news. The device is used to check the status of the bone fractures and how the bones are recovered well.
