- RR could only post 130 in the summit clash against GT. Apart from Jos Buttler, every other batter failed to post a substantial score
- RR bowlers especially Trent Boult and Chahal tried their level best to stop GT from running away with the game
- In the end, they could take enough wickets and failed to deliver the knockout punch as GT won by seven wickets
