IPL 2022 Final: Hardik Pandya HITS BACK at critics as Gujarat Titans make final, says ‘Anyone who said something, have taken their words back’
Speaking on the official website of Gujarat Titans, Hardik Pandya expressed his pleasure as his side reached the IPL final on what is their first season in the tournament. Gujarat had spent heavily on Hardik, paying him Rs 15 crore to retain him before the auction and naming him captain.
Gujarat Titans went about their business in the auctions differently, and many criticized their line up and counting them out of the playoffs race early. However, the newcomers stumped those critics in grand style, finishing at the top of the table, and sealing a finals spot in the first go itself.
He said, ” A lot of questions were raised about us, my captaincy before the season. I don’t feel the need to answer them. The best way to answer is not answer. And everyone who said something have taken their words back. ”
