However, if Sanju Samson decides to retain the Playing XI, he may choose to open with Jos Buttler and demote Devdutt Padikkal to No 3.
Karun Nair may retain his place despite not proving his worth with just 13 runs. But as it was his only opportunity, he could retain his place.
