Kolkata Knight Riders Playing XI: Australian white-ball captain Aaron Finch missed the last game with a niggle but the in-form opener should be back in the side for the crucial clash against Delhi Capitals. Billings, who came in for Finch last time out, did not make much of an impact and will make way for the Australian, who is all set to open with Sunil Narine.
Narine’s elevation to the top of the order means that Venkatesh Iyer will continue to bat lower down the order, with Shreyas Iyer and Nitish Rana for company. Shreyas has been amongst the runs but will need his teammates to rise to the challenge as they look to turn their season around.

Rinku Singh’s performance was one of the positives from the last game for KKR and the left-hander along with Andre Russell will take up finishing duties. Sheldon Jackson should also provide support, but his lack of runs could prompt KKR to hand Baba Indrajit a debut.
On the bowling front, Tim Southee impressed with a three-wicket haul in the last game and should retain his place in the side alongside Umesh Yadav. Varun Chakravarthy’s form is a cause of concern but KKR are likely to continue backing the mystery spinner.
