In cricket, winning the toss itself is very crucial as it gives teams a slight edge over their opponent. Willaimson has exactly been doing it in IPL 2022. In all the six matches so far, he has won the toss and opted to field first.
However the success in toss, hasn’t exactly given the team the desired results as the team started this season on a poor note with two consecutive losses. The 2016 champions have however bounced back from their third game as they got their first victory against Chennai Super Kings.

SRH have been one of the most consistent teams in IPL. After winning the title in 2016, the team made four consecutive playoff appearances till the editon of the IPL. Last year. the team lost steam as they finished on the bottom of the table.
Ahead of the auction this year, skipper Kane Willamson was retainded for 15 crores and at the auction, the team has been completely refurbished. The new-look squad under Williamson looks to get back to form this year.
