Conway dressed in the traditional Tamil attire of Veshti said, “Happy Tamil New Year to everyone. Hope you all have a special year. Thanks for all your support for CSK. We truly love you for your support.”
The Tamil New Year or known as Puthuvarudam is celebrated every year on the 14th of April which marks the start of the solar cycle from the commencement of the new month.
It has been a relatively poor start to CSK’s IPL campaign in 2022. The start has been disastrous for Ravindra Jadeja and Co. The Men in yellow registered their first win against RCB in their fifth game.
