IPL 2022: Pat Cummins shell shocks MI with his stunning batting
KKR required 162 for victory at the MCA Stadium in Pune. MI had pretty much dominated the game till the 12th over by picking up five wickets. Cummins though had another idea and was in some mood.
He started to strike from the ball one itself and did not allow KKR bowlers to settle. He got going with a huge six of Tymal Mills and never looked back. In his 15 balls stay at the crease the right-hand batter hit six sixes and four boundaries. Cummins also equaled the IPL’s fastest fifty of record.
The Australian skipper’s assault has put KKR first on the points table. They have won three games from four matches played so far.
