OGC Nice 1-0 PSG Highlights: Andy Delort scores a 88′ goal
Andy Delort’s late strike was enough to give Nice a surprise 1-0 win over Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday evening. Despite boasting Lionel Messi, Neymar and Angel Di Maria in the starting XI it was a nervy start from PSG.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side struggled to create any chances of note in the first half, having just one shot on target in 45 minutes. Into the second half and once again the capital club struggled to break down Nice’s resolute defence.
And it seemed that Les Parisien had other things on their mind – with Real Madrid to come in the Champions League next week – as they conceded with just a couple of minutes to go.
Andy Delort was free inside the area and struck a stunning half-volley to give Nice all three points.
