Pro Kabaddi Playoffs: Ahead of the playoffs of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 8, which begins with the eliminator today, Star Sports, the official broadcaster has released a new promo video that features former India captain MS Dhoni. Two eliminator matches will be played today from 7.30 pm. While the semi-finals is scheduled on 23rd February. The final is set to take on 25th February, Friday. Star Sports released the official video of the promo on its twitter page by posting “Pange ka Dikhega Asli Rang, aur hamein pata chaleha kaun hoga season 8 ka champion (We’ll show our true colour in the fight, We will come to know who will become the champion of season 8) ”

The video features Dhoni saying “Zindagi ho ya Kabaddi, bhidna hai zaroori (Be it life or kabaddi, it is important to fight)” and shows the six teams – Patna Pirates, Dabang Delhi, UP Yoddha, Gujarat Giants, Bengaluru Bulls and Puneri Paltan, who are still in contention to life the coveted Pro Kabaddi League trophy.

While Patna Pirates and Dabang Delhi finished on the top two spots at the points table and advanced directly to the semis, four other teams will fight it out in the eliminator which is scheduled to be played on Monday. UP Yoddha will take on Puneri Paltan at 7.30 pm while Gujarat Giants will take on Bengaluru Bulls at 8.30 pm. The winners of both these matches will qualify to the semi-final. Both the matches will be played at The Sheraton Grand, Bengaluru.
