Republic Day 2022 LIVE Updates: As India celebrates 73rd Republic Day on Wednesday, a number of sportspersons took to social media to share their gratitude towards one of the powerful countries India. Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra, God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar, Universe Boss Chris Gayle, among others, shared wishes on this special day.
The Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950. This day is celebrated by hoisting the national flag, republic day parade and beating retreat. While Prime Minister hoists the flag at Red Fort, a number of organisations & institutions celebrate this day.
