PSL 2022: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday unveiled the official anthem of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) ahead of the seventh edition of the tournament. About the video Pakistan Cricket Board wrote, “The wait is over. Presenting to you the official #PSL7 anthem. ‘Agay dekh’ urges audiences to look beyond binaries of victory and defeat, and enjoy the game in its purest essence. Pakistani cricket has given us many moments to cherish, and this year’s PSL anthem carries forward the nationwide spirit and culture surrounding it,” the PCB said. The PCB also confirmed that this year’s PSL will be held with fans in the stadium
“Pakistan’s biggest sporting event is a festival and a celebration, and the anthem pays tribute to everyone who waits excitedly for this time of year,” the cricket board added.
The upcoming edition of the PSL will kicks off at the National Stadium at Karachi on Thursday, 27th January. The first 14 matches will be played in Karachi while the last 19 games is scheduled to be held in Lahore. Six teams will compete in the tournament with Multan Sultans being the defending champions.
