Manchester United beat West Ham: Marcus Rashford scores 93rd winner
A dramatic 93rd-minute winner from substitute Marcus Rashford earned Manchester United all three points as they moved above visitors West Ham into the top four. Cristiano Ronaldo was inches away from getting on to the end of Bruno Fernandes’ inviting cross in a first-half starved of any real goalmouth action.
Things picked up in the second with Fred’s powerful left-footed drive forcing Alphonse Areola into a good save before Jarrod Bowen hit the side-netting with a right-footed shot from the edge of the box.

But it was Ralf Rangnick’s side who did find their way to win when substitutes Edinson Cavani and Rashford combined to send Old Trafford into mayhem as the Uruguayan’s pass across goal was tapped home at the far post to decide the game with the last kick.
