The Widejoy player card is a glitch in which a Killjoy player card gets stretched in-game, resulting in a lower-quality but entertaining player card. Because a glitch prevented this card from having a wide version, it is turned into a wide monstrosity when it is reverted to the original wide format. According to the devs in a recent live stream, the Widejoy card was supposed to be patched in Patch 4.0. However, this never happened, thus the Widejoy card is still in the game—but only for a short time. Despite the creators’ declarations of love for Widejoy, the official Patch 4.0 notes reveal that the card will be corrected in Patch 4.01. For better reference you can see below:

The bugged-out player card banner — which was originally titled “Rainfall” — was first presented as part of the Battle Pass for Episode 3 Act II. When gamers discovered that the game had a flaw, the WideJoy meme was born. The Rainfall player card displayed a stretched-out, lower resolution banner of Killjoy on the loading screen shortly before the start of a game in Valorant patch 3.12.

Some bugs grow so popular that they are included in the game. The Valorant community has clearly become attached to the WideJoy banner. After patch 4.0 went live on January 11, 2022, the hashtag #KeepWideJoy started trending on Twitter. Red Bull Gaming and Team Secret, as well as Valorant insider ValorLeaks and North American caster Mimi “aEvilcat” Wermcrantz, have expressed their desire for the bug to remain.
