The leaks come true, Krafton announces the BGMI Semi-Finals Groups featuring Team SouL in it. Before the announcement, they shared a competitive ruling against two teams Team 4Heroes and Team PLM. Both teams breaks the rules of the tournament and got disqualified. As a result of this Team SouL made it to the semifinals of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021. Team 4 hEROES AND team plm are in violation of the bgis rulebook, including rule number 2.1.5, 3.2, 6.2.24, and have violated the fair-play of bgis. as a result, team 4 heroes and team plm have been diqalified from bgis.

24 teams qualified from the Quarter Finals will be divided into 3 groups who will compete against each other in a round robin format. A set of 6 Round Robins will be played by each group. The top 16 squads with the highest cumulative points will move towards the Grand Finals.
