WWE Survivor Series Highlights: Randy Orton winning in his record PPV appearance (BEST)

The Apex Predator Randy Orton is in a league of his own. One of the greatest legends of WWE competed in his 177th PPV tonight eclipsing the record of 176 appearances held by “The Big Red Machine” Kane.

In his record 177th PPV appearance, Randy Orton, along with his tag-team partner Riddle, defeated the Smackdown tag-team Champions The Usos, and this win was perhaps the best way for Randy to celebrate his momentous achievement.

WWE Survivor Series Highlights: Big E losing clean (WORST)

So all that momentum Big E gained after becoming the WWE Champion was put to a halt tonight when he lost to the Universal Champion Roman Reigns. It was a non-title match between the two champions, and a win for Roman Reigns was obviously expected, given the push he is getting currently.

Despite putting up an extraordinary performance and leaving Roman Reigns in shock during the bout, Big E fell short, and his push as the WWE Champion has taken a hiatus now. WWE should have booked Big E losing to Roman but not clean. An interference from The Usos might haven’t done any harm to the prestige of the WWE Champion.

WWE Survivor Series Highlights: Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair (BEST)

The bout between two legit enemies kicked off the Survivor Series PPV event tonight. The two ladies went toe-to-toe with each other in a quest to prove who rules the women’s division in WWE.

Becky and Charlotte went back & forth with their offense and were almost brawling with each other during the course of the match. We witnessed Becky Lynch placing a figure 4 and hitting Charlotte with a manhandle slam, but the Smackdown Women’s Champion resisted all the moves.

We also saw Charlotte using Becky’s Disarmer submission against her but Becky held her nerve to take the pain. An epic contest didn’t have a great ending though as Becky rolled up Charlotte for a pinfall by grabbing the bottom rope.

WWE Survivor Series Highlights: The 25-man Battle Royal (WORST)

The 25-man Battle Royal was definitely one of the lamest Battle Royal in recent times. There was nothing at stake for the individuals competing, and the winner had nothing but Pizzas as the winning prize. The Battle Royal, which was won by Omos, was more or less meant to occupy enough time during the night to lengthen the PPV event.
