WWE Crown Jewel Action from the night

Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns- Time for the main event of the night. Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns. As the bell rang, Brock took Roman into his clutches and then pushed him back. Lesnar had a wicked smile on his face before he bashed with heavy hand strikes on Roman Reigns.

The Beast was looking to put Roman through Suplex City right from the outset but Reigns denied him not once, not twice but at least 5 times before finally falling prey to one suplex. He tried another one but yet again Roman grabbed the ring ropes and survived a scare of yet another Suplex.

The action moved outside the ring and Roman sent Brock face-first into the ring post. Lesnar despite going for face-first on the ring post lifted Roman for an F5 but Reigns grabbed the ring post and Lesnar put him inside the ring through the bottom ropes. Lesnar went up on the apron but Roman returned with a Superman Punch and then dived from the top-rope on Brock outside the ring.

Reigns rolled Lesnar inside and then hit him with a vicious spear. He went for a cover, but the Beast kicked out at 2-count. Brock then got his turn to hit three suplexes in a row followed by a vicious F5. He then went for the cover but the Champ held on. This made Lesnar furious and he went for another F5 but the referee came in the way and felt the impact of Roman Reigns’ lower body. Brock went for a cover but the referee was out.

This gave Roman Reigns the license to do what he wants to do. He first hit a spear while Brock was checking on the referee and then when both men were down, Paul Heyman tossed the Universal Title inside the ring in the referee’s absence. Both men tried to grab the title and finally, it was Lesnar who had the possession. Just when Lesnar turned on the other side, The Usos came into the ring and hit Brock with a double superkick.

This gave Roman time to grab the title, hit it on the head of the Beast Incarnate and go for a pin. That was all required for Roman to retain his title and yet again The Usos find a way to help Roman retain the Universal title.

Smackdown Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Sasha Banks- Time for the triple threat Smackdown Women’s Championship match. The Biss Sasha Banks was the first some to lay attack on both the ladies. Bianca however was the first one to display physical strength as she lifted Banks with a single hand right above her head.

Becky however came from behind and attacked Bianca and sent her outside the ring. Banks and Becky were in the ring now and the two women were going against each other with vicious attacks. Banks went for her submission named Banks Statement but Bianca came into the picture and saved the match for herself.

The three women were in the middle of the ring now and attacking each other. Becky tried to dominate the two ladies, but it was Sasha who took the upper hand by bashing Bianca right into the gut of Becky Lynch who was standing there in the corner.

The momentum was shifting in a hurry and after Banks, it was Becky who was in the driver’s seat. Becky displayed her strength and quick moves and even attempted a double pinfall on both Bianca and Banks, but both ladies kicked off at the same time. Now, it was time for Bianca to take the center stage. Bianca made sure she was dealing with one lady at a time and did the same quite effectively throughout her offense.

The action was swift between the three ladies as the three ladies were grabbing their opportunities to tame the other. At one stage, Bianca was sent outside the ring by Becky and the champ placed a perfect Manhandle Slam on Banks to go for a pin, but Bianca saved the match yet again that too in time.

In the closing moments of the match, Bianca hit Belair hit his finished Kiss of Death on Becky. However, Banks came from behind to send Bianca outside the ring, but the two ladies got involved with each other and it was Banks who finally sent Bianca outside the ring. When Sasha returned to the ring to pin Becky, the champ rolled her up by grabbing the bottom rope and secured a pinfall win to retain her title.

WWE Championship: Big E vs. Drew McIntyre- The match started with a classic wrestling lock until both men took turns to go for a shoulder block on each other. Both men were in a tussle and weren’t backing down from each other’s offense. Big E slid Drew on the apron and then splashed with his body weight on Drew’s chest.

Drew went outside the ring but Big E followed him only to be thrown on the other side with a vicious belly-to-belly slam. Drew the rolled E inside the ring and continued with the physicality. Big E after going through some offense from Drew McIntyre, got some opening with multiple belly-to-belly suplexes.

The momentum was shifting like a pendulum between the two men. Both men were grabbing their opportunities to hit their offenses. Big E was up with his belly-to-belly suplexes but Drew was keeping everything at bay in terms of near falls. At one stage, Drew went for a Glasgow Kiss and followed it up with a future shock DDT. He went for a cover, but the Champ survived.

Big E made his way to his feet and took the opportunity to hit a Big Ending perfectly on Drew. He went for the cover but it was a close 2-count. Like the champ, the challenger also got an opportunity to hit his finisher the Claymore Kick but Big E kicked out of the cover this time. In the closing moments of the match, finally a second Big Ending was what needed for Big E to put an end to this high octane clash and emerge victorious.

King of the Ring Final: Finn Balor vs. Xavier Woods- The two men started with a fist pump showing respect for each other. After a while, the two men were locked in a classic wrestling lock, and then Balor grabbed Woods in a vicious side headlock.

Woods got rid of the lock and went for a side headlock of his own and converted the same by stretching Balor’s left arm for good. The two men were showcasing their technical abilities by going for multiple holds frequently. The offense, however, shifted from vicious holds to takedown strikes.

The women gave an apt display of their offenses that included critical right-hand strikes, leg takedown, overhead kicks, elbow strikes, and a double leg stomp from Finn Balor on the chest of Xavier Woods.

At one point of time, Finn Balor went to the top turnbuckle for a high-risk maneuver, but Woods countered it by climbing to the top and superplexing Balor spine first on the mat. In the closing moments of the match, Finn Balor after hitting a sling blade and a dropkick, went to the top rope to hit his finisher Coupe de Gras, but Xavier escaped and went coast to coast with a vicious elbow drop on Finn Balor’s chest to secure a win and become the new King of the Ring.

Goldberg vs. Bobby Lashley (No Holds barred and Falls Count Anywhere match)- It’s time for the mega bout, it’s time for Bobby Lashley vs. Goldberg. We are up for an absolute brawl and the bell rings now. Bobby Lashley pulled out an iron chain from his trouser as the bell rang and Goldberg never realized this.

The Hall of Famer rocked Lashley with heavy right-hand strikes but it was for a moment or two until Lashley exposed his chain-rolled fist and fired all cylinders on the Hall of Famer. Lashley after a flurry of chain-rolled fist on Goldberg sent the Hall of Famer shoulder first into the corner post.

Lashley then rolled outside the ring to grab a chair and attacked Goldberg with the same. After multiple chair strikes, he went outside the ring again and took a table outside from beneath the ring. He placed the table vertically on the corner post and continued his attack on the Hall of Famer. He targeted the injured knee of Goldberg and got better of it by striking the steel chair right on his injured knee.

Lashley then set himself up for a Spear and ran into Goldberg who was standing right in front of the vertically placed table. Goldberg barely moved away from harm’s way and Lashley bashed shoulder first into the table. This gave Goldberg the much-needed opening and he hit a vicious spear on Lashley. He then lifted him and hit a picture-perfect Jackhammer to get into the grove.

Just when it looked like Goldberg will pin Lashley to win the match, he didn’t do it, instead removed his gloves to get the better of Lashley. He sent the All-mighty outside the ring and hit him with a spear onto the barricade.

In the closing moments of the match, Goldberg followed Lashley onto the ramp where The Hurt Business appeared to help Lashley, but Goldberg got the better of both Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. He then went towards Lashley, hit him with multiple Kendo stick strikes, and finally speared him from the ramp to 15-feet down on the floor and pinned Lashley to secure a win.

Queen’s Crown Final: Zelina Vega vs. Doudrop- Zelina Vega put up a spirited performance against a woman heavily built before her. Doudrop was dominant from the outset but Zelina was resilient enough to keep herself out of Doudrop’s heavy drops and running Swanton. The match ended with Zelina hitting a sunset flip and pinning Doudrop to become the first-ever Queen of WWE.

Raw Tag-Team Championship: Riddle & Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles & Omos- Riddle made a special entry on the Camel and Randy Oron was perplexed to see his partner doing ridiculous stuff like that. The match started with AJ Styles & Riddle in the ring. Riddle went blasting on AJ Styles with a series of kicks on the chest before tagging in his partner Randy Orton.

Randy did what he does best by stomping on the limbs of AJ Styles. After a few more offenses, Randy tagged in Riddle and the Original Bro grabbed AJ Styles from his waist and went for a spin before throwing him to Omos’ corner. Styles then tagged in Omos and the former’s personal colossus started off by flooring Riddle. The Original Bro then tagged in Randy and now the Viper was up against the colossal figure of Omos.

Omos floored Randy with a shoulder block and continued his assault on the Viper. Omos tagged in Styles and he continued the attacks and assault on Randy from where Omos left. Randy used his veteran tactic to get out of the assault by poking into the eye of Omos.

Randy tagged in Riddle and he went straight after AJ who was tagged in by Omos. Riddle dominated the proceedings and AJ Styles was finally pipped by Riddle who tagged in randy and the Viper hit AJ with a vicious RKO. In the closing moments, Riddle got the tag and he went for his reverse moonsault to pin AJ Styles and retain the Raw Tag-Team titles.

WWE Crown Jewel Results & Highlights: RKBro won the match

Mustafa Ali vs. Mansoor- Two former friends started off with a classic wrestling lock before Mansoor caught Ali in a side lock. Ali got out of the side headlock and started working on the left hand of Mansoor.

The favor was quickly returned by Mansoor when he caught Ali from his left hand and worked on it pretty well. Ali then used his veteran instinct and moved out of the ring to gain some time for himself. He returned to the ring and got his offense placed perfectly on Mansoor, but it was all for some time as Mansoor worked on Ali with multiple chest chops, and once again Ali went outside the ring to buy himself some time.

Mansoor followed Ali this time but only to get his leg pulled on the apron. Mansoor landed nastily on the apron and then was bashed into the barricade by Ali. The two men were back in the ring now and Ali had the upper hand. Mansoor got some opening somehow by placing an inverted atomic drop and converting it into a spine buster.

The two men had their share of offenses and both managed to escape and hit their offenses on multiple occasions. In the closing moments, Mustafa Ali went to the top rope to hit a 450 Splash but Mansoor escaped harm’s way and then placed a neck breaker from outside the ring to secure a pinfall win on his former friend.

WWE Crown Jewel Results & Highlights: Mansoor defeated Mustafa Ali via Pinfall.

After the match got over, Mustafa Ali attacked Mansoor from behind and kept him under the pump until an anonymous man walked his way to the ring from the ramp. The man had his face covered with a scarf and he confronted Ali inside the ring. Just when he was face-to-face with Ali, he removed his scarf and it was none other than Tokyo Olympic Karate silver medalist Tareg Hamed from Saudi Arabia. The local boy hit a vicious kick right on the face of Mustafa Ali to floor him down.

Edge vs. Seth Rollins (Hell in a Cell match)- What a way to kick off the night. It’s Edge vs Seth Rollins 3.0. Who will git the final nail in the coffin in the most fierce rivalry of this year? We will get to know this in some moments.

The two participants are inside the Hell in a Cell and the cell door has been locked. The two men are ready to go now. Edge was quick to lash onto Seth Rollins and took him to the corner with multiple right-hand strikes. Rollins retaliated with offenses of his own and hit Edge with a boot on the face. It was a light one for the Rated-R Superstar.

Rollins then sent Edge outside the ring and tried to dive on him from the middle ropes. But Edge saw that coming and moved out of harm’s way resulting in Rollins bashing head-first in the cell wall. Edge then sent Rollins crashing into the steel stairs shoulder-first before rolling him inside the ring.

Edge then took out a few steel chairs from behind the ring and hit an Edgecution on Rollins inside the ring. Edge then took out the steel rod from the chair and tried the crippler crossface on the Visionary but the latter escaped.

Both men placed their offense perfectly on each other and had the momentum shifting until Edge was beaten mercilessly with multiple chair shots from Rollins. Edge somehow got away from the attack when he pulled Rollins’ leg and floored him onto the mat. Edge then tried a crippler crossface submission but Rollins somehow made it to the ropes, grabbed the steel chair rod, and hit it straight into the left eye of Edge.

Rollins then took command and rocked Edge with a right fist on the steel chair that was helped by Edge right before his own face. Rollins was in command until he went to the top turnbuckle. Edge sneaked the opportunity and pushed him outside the ring. Rollins went face-first into the Cell wall and then ricocheted to the Table placed outside the ring.

It was Edge in command now. He brought the bottom half of the steel stairs inside the ring and hit Seth with an Edgeomatic on it. The Edgeomatic was placed perfectly. Edge then went to the top turnbuckle with a Steel Chair in his hand and jumped off it perfectly placing the chair on Seth’s chest who was placed on the steel stair.

Edge went for the cover, but Seth survived. Edge was the man in command now and was directing traffic now. However, Seth got an opportunity out of nowhere to hit a Pedigree and he went for the cover, but Edge kicked off at 2-count. Seth was going for a vicious Stomp to end Edge once and for all, but the Rated-R Superstar lifted Seth for a buckle bomb and followed it with a Spear. The crowd present in the arena was up on their feet to see Edge spearing Seth, but the latter somehow survived a close pinfall count.

Edge went outside the ring and brought a Ladder. He hit it perfectly on Seth’s head before placing the ladder on the corner post. Edge tried to run Rollins into the ladder but, Seth countered and sent Edge into the ladder placed on the corner.

Seth used the ladders to his advantage by hitting a sunset bomb from the ladder to the Table. Edge was brutally assaulted with the Sunset Flip but he was far away from giving up. Rollins took Edge out with three superkicks followed by a vicious fourth superkick with an iron chain wrapped around his boot. Edge was reluctant to give up and finally in the closing moments, when Seth couldn’t put Edge down, Edge hit Seth Rollins with his own move (curb stomp) onto the steel chair before wrapping him with the iron chain in a crippler crossface. The crown erupted when Edge hit Rollins with a curb stomp and it was the Rated-R Superstar who secured a massive win to end this epic rivalry. Match of the Year for sure.
