- Venkatesh Iyer slammed his 3rd IPL fifty which helped KKR boost their qualification for IPL 2021 Final against CSK.
- He also went past 300+ runs in his maiden IPL season with an average of 40 and a strike rate of 125.
- Iyer shared a crucial opening partnership with Shubman Gill of 96 runs for the opening wicket as the duo kept DC bowlers on the edge
- He will join team India for T20 World Cup as net bowler that will help rub shoulders with the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, among others.
