Dinesh Karthik’s rousing speech: In the video, Kolkata Knight Riders wicketkeeper batter Dinesh Karthik says, “We played in right spirit. You know you have a smile on your face but make sure if anybody does beat us it has to be a real hard game not an easy one and I think we have epitomized this in this leg in UAE.”
“It feels great to win today’s game especially with such a huge margin. You know, it just feels good that we played brand of cricket which is very good. It was a hard wicket to bat on. We used our brains, openers batted really well through the middle, we were able to put some pressure and finished well at the end and then the bowlers did their thing,” Karthik further added.
IPL 2021 Playoffs: Kolkata Knight Riders’ 86 runs win over Rajasthan Royals has almost completed the four spots in the IPL 2021 playoffs. Delhi Capitals, Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore had already taken the top three spots in the playoffs and KKR’s last win has almost shut the door for Mumbai Indians’ who will be playing their final fixture against SRH today.
