WWE Smackdown Match Card: King of the Ring & Queen’s Crown tournament announced- Next week’s Friday Night Smackdown will be the season premiere of the show and it will kick off with the King of the Ring & Queen’s Crown Tournament.

The announcement was made on the Extreme Rules fallout edition of Smackdown, which was also the first night of WWE Draft 2021 and we all are excited & looking forward to the two tournaments.

WWE Smackdown Match Card: The inaugural Queen’s Crown Tournament

King of the Ring Tournament has a decorated legacy as it first took place back in 1985, and this year it would be the 22nd edition of this tournament. On the other hand, The Queen’s Crown tournament will happen for the first time as the women’s superstars will finally get a chance to get crowned as the legitimate Queen of WWE.

Talking about the format of the two tournaments, superstars from both Smackdown and Raw will compete on their respective brands in a series of knockout matches. The one who loses the bout will be disqualified, while the other will proceed to the next round. Finally, the two men who will stand last in the tournament will fight for the coveted crown.

WWE Smackdown Match Card: The finals of the two tournaments will take place at WWE Crown Jewel

Monday Night Raw & Friday Night Smackdown will be hosting all the matches of both tournaments. However, the final will take place at the WWE Crown Jewel event slated to take place in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on October 21.

As of now, the commencement of these two tournaments is the only event announced for next Friday’s WWE Smackdown. However, we will keep you updated if any other event, segment, or match is announced for next week.
