One of the stars of the game was youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored a skilful 49 to guide Rajasthan towards a competitive total. DC vs RR IPL 2021 Phase 2: Rajasthan Royals on Friday shared a video in which Yashasvi Jaiswal could be seen sweating it out in the nets as he prepares for the clash against the Delhi Capitals. The 19-year-old is in good form and looked in ominous touch as he treated the net bowlers with disdain, playing all the shots from the book.
Jaiswal also engaged in conversation with the coaches to hash out the minor details of his technique, and how to bring about more effectiveness to his game. Not only did Jaiswal have a long batting session, he then rolled his arm over before packing up for the day. The 19-year-old bowls part-time leg-spin, but with all-rounders like Chris Morris, Riyan Parag and Rahul Tewatia, Jaiswal has had to keep his skills locked up so far.
