WI vs PAK: Azam Khan discharged from hospital, likely to play fourth T20I against Windies: Good news has emerged for Pakistan as their middle-order batsman Azam Khan has been discharged from hospital after his condition improved. Azam, who had sustained a head injury during a practice session, was seen watching the second Twenty20 match between Pakistan and West Indies in the stadium.
As per Geo News reports, the team management will reassess Azam Khan’s fitness on Monday. If he is found fit to play again, the management will give him a go-ahead to play the 4th and final T20I on August 3.

“A neurosurgeon has recommended an observation period of 24 hours. He will then be reassessed on Monday,” the PCB said in an official statement at the time when Azam picked up the injury.
After the opening T20I concluded in no result, Pakistan won the second contest against West Indies in Guyana. The two sides are yet to square off in the remaining two T20Is of the scheduled series. The series currently stands 1-0 in Pakistan’s favour.
WI vs PAK: Windies had earlier defeated Australia 4-1 in the five-match series while Pakistan lost to England 1-2.
