A sensational bowling performance from the likes of Mohd Wasim (4 wickets), Faheem Ashraf, and Fawad Ahmed (2 wickets each) restricted Multan Sultans to 149 runs in their allotted 20 overs. Shan Masood was the top scorer with a half-century.
In reply, Islamabad United easily chased down the target with 2 balls to spare. They also remained top of the PSL Latest Points Table.
