ICC WTC Final LIVE – India vs New Zealand LIVE: The Indian team management in Southampton, England is unhappy about a development in the New Zealand camp. According to a report by Cricbuzz, Indian team management is not too pleased with an excursion trip by some members of the New Zealand team today in the morning. The report claims that despite of the strict BIO-BUBBLE protocols, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Henry Nicholls, Mitchell Santner, Daryl Michell and physio Tommy Simsek went out to play Golf today in morning – which has upset the Indian team management.

It is worth noting that both India and New Zealand are putting up at the Hilton hotel with-in the premises of Ageas Bowl stadium in Southampton. As per the ICC protocols, Indian team and their families have remained on their floors at the hotel – but contrary to that New Zealand members have gone out to play Golf. The said development has upset the Indian team management and players.
InsideSport.co reached out to BCCI on their official take on the matter.

‘We have been informed about the matter by the team management. ICC needs to have similar protocols for both the teams. We will raise the issue with ICC officials’, said the senior BCCI member currently in Mumbai.

It is worth noting that the Golf-Course like the hotel is also housed in the same premises as the Ageas Bowl and New Zealand team management feels no such protocols have been broken by their team.
