Velocity Gaming is the best Valorant team in India, the proved this once more as they have emerged as the winners of the Skyesports Championship 2.0 Phase 1 Finals taking home 40,000 Rupees. The team who has hands down the best players of India was able to take a clean sweep of 2-0 in the best of 3 finals against Noble esports. They have not dropped a single series from formations so far and won every tournament they took part in. The semi-finals to the of the tournament was more intense than the finals in all senses. Velocity gaming also had won a slot to represent India in the PVE esports tournament in singapore by winning the skyesports Valorant showdown.
Velocity Gaming dominated Noble Esports in both the maps of Bind and Ascent. In the initial map of Bind, the champions dismantled their opponents for a 13-3 finish, and despite Tejas ‘Rex’ Kotian’s best efforts of Sova, they couldn’t clutch out more than three rounds.
The second map on Ascent was a bit more even, and the first half ended with six rounds apiece. And things looked rather close for a moment, but that was before Velocity Gaming’s star sniper, Sabyasachi “Antidote” Bose, took matters into his own hands and dismantled Noble Esports with his Jett, and secured the most frags of the game for himself.
