The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League is about to start in less than 15 days. The IPL teams are currently in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) preparing ahead for the season inside a bio-bubble with strict protocols for social distancing and other precautionary measures.
During their 15 days stay in UAE a lot has happened and a lot has changed. From Suresh Raina’s exit to Virat and Anushka’s pregnancy news, Covid-19 positives in CSK to uncertainty on the participation of some of the players. But whatever has happened, all that has spiced up the IPL 2020 further.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper gave another glimpse of his selfless nature and showed just why he is one of the most loved cricketers going around globally. The 39-year-old gave up his own business-class seat to CSK team director K George John and sat in the economy class while the team was travelling to UAE for IPL 2020.

One of the ace player Lasith Malinga has pulled out of the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season due to personal reason. Malinga wants to be with his family as his father is not well. Mumbai Indians’ official website confirmed the news of Lasith Malinga’s unavailability for the whole season.

After Suresh Raina pulls out of the IPL 2020 and flew back to India citing personal reasons. Reacting to Raina’s call, CSK owner and former BCCI President N Srinivasan said that the southpaw will regret his decision and would want to come back.“The season has not begun yet and Raina will certainly realise what he is missing and certainly all the money he is going to lose,”
Srinivasan said if someone was unhappy, then he won’t force anyone to stay back
“My thinking is that if you are reluctant or not happy, go back. I don’t force anyone to do anything… sometimes success gets into your head,” he further said

Kane Richardson has pulled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) and Royal Challengers Bangalore squad as he is expecting his first child and wants to be their at the birth. RCB confirmed the news on Twitter
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli booked a separate charter for himself to travel to Dubai. The Reason behind it is he had quarantined himself in Mumbai and also tested himself for Covid-19. So he could not come to Bangalore so he flew alone by a charter flight from Mumbai
