D Gukesh and Ding Liren are currently tied at 6-6 after Round 13. The winner will now be decided in the final Round 14. However, if the final round also ends in a draw, the World Chess Championship tie-break rules will come into effect to determine the champion. World Chess Championship tie break rules
If the winner is not decided after Round 14 of the World Chess Championship, a series of four games lasting 15 minutes each plus a 10-second increment every move will precede the quick tiebreak games, which are set for December 13.
The contest will switch to a two-game, 15-minute rapid match with a 10-second increment each move if there is no winner.
A blitz match consisting of two games timed at three minutes with a two-second increment after each move will be played if there is no winner.There will be a sudden death blitz of single games until a result is reached, even if no player gives up or outwits the opponent.
World Chess Championship Live Streaming
Game 14 between D. Gukesh and Ding Liren will begin at 2:30 PM IST and 5:00 PM local time in Singapore. The game will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of FIDE International Chess Federation. However, there will be no TV coverage of Game 14.
