Urvil Patel was bought by the Gujarat Titans (GT) for Rs 20 lakhs (approx. $24,000) in the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 Auction. Patel’s IPL career has not yet taken off, and he is still waiting for his debut match in the tournament. However, being a young and promising cricketer, he could get an opportunity in IPL matches to showcase his talent and make a name for himself in the tournament. Urvil Mukesh Patel was born on 17th October 1998 and plays for the Gujarat cricket team in domestic cricket. He is a right-hand wicketkeeper batter and made his debut in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 tournament in January 2018. He also played in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in February 2018. Patel’s cricket career is still in its early stages, and he is yet to make a significant impact in the sport.
