BCCI vs PCB conflict continues

Both the BCCI and the PCB have remained firm in their stands. The BCCI has made it clear that under no circumstances it would send the India Cricket Team to Pakistan. On the other, the PCB too remains steadfast in not opting to choose for a hybrid model.

As per reports, sources from the ICC has denied reports of a meeting taking place on 26th November. India has opted to play the tournament in a neutral venue like the UAE. If the PCB refuses to accept the hybrid model, there runs a huge chance that the entire tournament might be relocated, in such a scenario, the PCB would pull out of the tournament.

There also remains a huge doubt over the India vs Pakistan clash. Should it not happen, then the ICC faces a tough scenario as the broadcasters would file for a legal case against the ICC. The broadcasters believe that the major revenue of the tournament would be recuperated from the high-profile clash.
