SRH retained players 2025: Sunrisers Hyderabad squad ahead of IPL 2025 auction

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) currently boasts one of the strongest squads in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, with five key players retained.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have spent Rs. 75 crore to retain five of their top players from the 2024 team. They will enter the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction, held over two days in Jeddah on November 24 and 25, with a remaining budget of Rs. 45 crore. During the event, the Orange Army aims to strengthen their bowling lineup and acquire a few top-tier all-rounders.

  • Pat Cummins – 18 crore
  • Abhishek Sharma – 14 crore
  • Travis Head – 14 crore
  • Nitish Kumar Reddy – 6 crore

SRH Right-to-Match card in IPL 2025

SRH has only one RTM card to use in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction. However, SRH can only use the RTM card on an uncapped player, as they have retained the maximum five players with international experience. They should consider using their RTM card at the auction table if the bidding price remains reasonable. SRH has a remaining budget of ₹45 crore.
