No debut for Dayal, Vyshak and Ramandeep as India stick with same XI for 2nd T20I

Ramandeep Singh, Yash Dayal, Vijaykumar Vyshak, and Abhishek Sharma missed out in India’s unchanged playing XI for the second T20I, waiting for their chance to shine.

As India takes on South Africa in the second T20I of the four-match series, the playing XI remains unchanged from the first match, leaving Ramandeep Singh, Yash Dayal, and Vijay Kumar Vyshak on the sidelines. They have to wait more to make their debut in the Indian jersey. While the team has made a strong start in the series, with a superb 61-run victory in the opener, the Indian team will be looking to make it 2-0 in IND vs SA series.

Ramandeep Singh to wait for his debut

Ramandeep Singh is one of the important players still waiting for his opportunity. Known for his explosive batting and useful medium-pace bowling, Ramandeep has been retained by Kolkata Knight Riders for a hefty Rs 4 crore. However, despite his potential, he has not yet been given a debut in the series as of now. The team management may be looking to make room for him at some point, especially considering his all-round abilities that could add balance to the side.

Yash Dayal and Vijaykumar Vyshak’s pace is not used

Both Yash Dayal and Vijaykumar Vyshak were expected to be in the playing XI for this match, but neither made the cut for the second T20I. With India opted for an extra spinner, including Varun Chakravarthy and Ravi Bishnoi, who both performed brilliantly with scalping 3-3 wickets in the first match.The pacers missed out. Dayal and Vyshak, who have been impressive in domestic cricket, will be hoping for an opportunity to showcase their skills in the upcoming matches.
