Who won today’s PKL match between Gujarat Giants and Haryana Steelers?

Haryana Steelers secured a dominant 35-22 win over Gujarat Giants, led by Vinay’s 9 points and strong team performance, with Guman Singh fighting hard for Gujarat.

Haryana Steelers made a strong comeback with a dominant 35-22 victory over Gujarat Giants at the GMCB Indoor Stadium on Thursday in Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season 11. Vinay was the star performer, scoring 9 raid points, and was well-supported by his teammates to secure the win.

Vinay’s super raid gives Steelers the early advantage

Guman Singh got off to a good start for Gujarat Giants, but it was Vinay who took the spotlight for Haryana Steelers. His impressive Super Raid just a minute into the game gave the Steelers an early lead and fired up the team. Naveen and Jaya Soorya soon joined in, contributing to their strong performance.

Guman Singh fights hard

Although Guman Singh played an all-round role and kept Gujarat in the game, he lacked enough support from his teammates. Meanwhile, Vinay’s brilliant raids helped him score 8 touch points by halftime, with Haryana Steelers leading 18-13.

Steelers maintain pressure in the second half

The second half saw Haryana Steelers continuing to apply pressure. Both teams played intense Do-Or-Die raids, with Balaji D earning a point for Haryana, while Jaideep dismissed Himanshu Singh for Gujarat. Every time Gujarat scored, Haryana responded in kind.

Despite Guman Singh’s best efforts, Gujarat Giants faced their first ALL OUT with just 2 minutes left, sealing their fate. Haryana Steelers finished strong with an all-round performance, led by Vinay’s 9 points and Mohammadreza Shadloui’s 6 points, ensuring a comfortable win.
