There is no one who doesn’t adore him. There was one such fan of Kohli in Pune who asked Rohit Sharma to deliver her message.
Rohit Sharma delivers mail to Virat Kohli
Returning from practice ahead of the India vs New Zealand 2nd Test, the Indian captain was asked by a fan to give her an autograph. Rohit obliged, and while signing, the fangirl yelled, “Aur Virat (Kohli) bhai ko bhi bolna mera thik hai, unko bolna bohot badi fan aayi thi” (Please tell him that his biggest fan came). To this, Rohit smiled, and the girl replied, “You are the best.”.
Although the fangirl would hope Kohli gets her message, the batter would be eyeing to score some runs in Pune. He looked in imperious touch in Bengaluru but was undone on the last ball of Day 3 by Glenn Phillips. Kohli has happy memories at the ground, with his highest-ever Test score (254*) coming at the venue in 2019. Rohit too would get to work after delivering the message. The Indian captain has scored two tons this year but averages under 35 and hopes to get back to form before travelling to Australia.
