The Pro Kabaddi League is set to commence today, Friday, October 18, with an exciting clash between the Telugu Titans and Bengaluru Bulls in the opening match in Hyderabad. The home team, Telugu Titans, will feature their star raider Pawan Sehrawat, while Pardeep Narwal returns for the Bengaluru Bulls in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
In the second match of the evening, U Mumba’s Sunil Kumar, the most expensive Indian defender in PKL history after being bought for INR 1.015 Crores, will face the formidable attack of Naveen Kumar, one of Dabang Delhi K.C.’s star raiders.
PKL Returns to a three-city format
This year, the Pro Kabaddi League returns to its three-city format, with the 2024 edition kicking off at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad from October 18 to November 9.
The second leg will take place at the Noida Indoor Stadium from November 10 to December 1. The final leg will then move to the Balewadi Badminton Stadium in Pune, running from December 3 to December 24.
