Agha Salman (63) top-scored for the side while vice-captain Saud Shakeel (31) redeemed himself after failing in the 1st innings.
England spinners enjoyed enormous success on Day 3, with Shoaib Bashir bagging four wickets while Jack Leach took three wickets. Brydon Carse added two scalps to his name while Potts took one wicket as Pakistan were bundled out for 221 runs.

Once again, it was spin that did the trick for Pakistan as 1st innings centurion Duckett was sent packing for a duck by Sajid Khan. His partner Crawley followed him back to the pavilion, thanks to Noman Ali. Pakistan need 8 more wickets to win the match and break free of their winless steak at home.
Pakistan made some brave changes in the contest, dropping their three big players – Babar Azam, Naseem Shah and Shaheen Afridi. Their replacements have fared exceptionally well so far in the match, with Azam’s replacement even going on to sizzle with a century in the 1st innings. Pakistan are currently the bottom placed team in the World Test Championship (WTC) standings while England are 4th.
