Fans unhappy with ICC for no live streaming during T20 World Cup warm up matches

Team India played its last warm-up match against South Africa before the upcoming Women's T20 World Cup in UAE.

The fans on the internet are not happy with ICC for no live streaming or coverage of the ongoing T20 World Cup warm up matches. The India women’s cricket team is playing their final warm-up match at the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup as they are facing the 2023 finalist South Africa at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai. Both teams have played one practice game before tonight’s clash.

India Women vs South Africa Women

India won their first warm-up clash on Sunday against South Africa by 20 runs against South Africa in a low-scoring clash. Jemimah Rodrigues was the star of the show for the Harmanpreet Kaur-led side with a gritty half-century. Pooja Vastraker took a three-wicket haul.

On the other hand, South Africa had a forgettable outing as New Zealand thrashed them by eight wickets. The Proteas were bowled out for 92 and the target was chased by their opponents in just 14.2 overs.

Both India and South Africa will kickstart their campaign on Friday (October 4) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The Laua Wolvaardt-led outfit will face South Africa in the afternoon before India takes on New Zealand later in the night.

India are in Group A along with defending champions Australia, arch-rivals Pakistan, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. South Africa are in Group B alongside South Africa, Scotland, Bangladesh, and England.
