Champions Trophy 2025: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief, Mohsin Naqvi is set to meet current BCCI secretary and future ICC chairman Jay Shah soon. Pakistan will be hosting the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025, but their historic rivals India is yet to decide whether to travel to the host country or not.
When will Mohsin Naqvi meet Jay Shah?
After ICC reviewed and approved the arrangements at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Gadaffi Stadium, and the National Stadium, a meeting is going to be held between PCB Chairman Mohsin and Jay Shah. The meeting between Jay Shah and Mohsin Naqvi is going to take place at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 finals, which will be held on October 20.
Mohsin Naqvi will also discuss the participation of India in this event. India has not travelled to Pakistan since 2008. On the other hand, Pakistan travelled to India in 2023 for the ODI World Cup. Pakistan earlier hosted the Asia Cup 2023, but BCCI denied sending Indian cricketers,

PCB is eagerly awaiting the final approval of the schedule for the upcoming 2025 ICC Champions Trophy, scheduled to take place from February to March. In recent discussions with ICC officials, the PCB emphasized the need for timely schedule finalization to facilitate smooth logistical planning.
