The senior India men’s football team will take on Malaysia in a friendly game on November 19. The venue for the game which will be hosted by India will be announced later. The 126th ranked Indian side will lock horns with Malaysia (ranked 132nd) in their first encounter since the two sides met in October 2023.

The last time the two sides met, the Blue Tigers lost the game 2-4. The game, which took place at the Bulkit Jalil stadium in Kuala Lampur, saw the hosts pump four goals while India managed to find the net only on two occasions, thanks to Sunil Chhetri and Naorem Mahesh Singh.
