Big relief for fans, Mumbai Cricket confirm same ticket prices for India vs New Zealand 3rd Test

Tickets for the India vs New Zealand 3rd Test will remain the same as the previous prices. The match will be played from November 1 to 5.

India will take on New Zealand after finishing their Test series against Bangladesh, starting on October 16. The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) announced major relief for fans, confirming that ticket prices for the India vs New Zealand 3rd Test will remain unchanged from their previous rates. The 3rd Test will be held at MA Chidambaram Stadium from November 1 to November 5.

Ticket prices for the 2021 Test saw a 25 percent increase, with daily tickets rising from Rs 100 to Rs 125, and five-day tickets going up from Rs 300 to Rs 375, compared to the rates in 2016.

MCA gift to cricket fans

The MCA will be celebrating its 50th anniversary on January 19. Ticket prices for the India vs New Zealand Test will not be increased, as they want to promote the growth of cricket as much as possible.

“The primary focus of this event will be on the recruitment of cricketers, providing players with career opportunities both within and outside of cricket,” MCA president Ajinkya Naik said as per Times of India.

“MCA will cover the match day expenses for MCA Affiliated Office Clubs participating in the Times Shield and MCA Corporate Trophy,” Naik said.
