They carried the Indian batting for years, took Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to immense success, and even announced their international retirement on the same day (15 Aug. 2020). In a recent event in New Delhi for the third season of LLC, Suresh Raina was asked about if he would like to see his former India and CSK skipper MS Dhoni in the Legends League Cricket. To this, the southpaw replied, “I would love to (to see MS Dhoni play in Legends League Cricket), to be honest. We don’t know the future of the IPL auction and how many more years he is playing (IPL). But you need to ask the LCC owners – they might be talking to him (MS Dhoni).”
