During a press conference of Tuesday, India skipper Rohit Sharma said, “It’s good to have majority of the squad here and we want to start the season on a high. We will pick the 11 basis the kind of cricket we want to play and how to win the Test.”

He picks wickets, irrespective of the venue, pitch, conditions, and opposition and will be instrumental in India’s chances for the IND vs BAN series as well. Upon being asked about Bumrah’s work-load management, Rohit said, “We will manage their workload, when can we give them a break. We will speak to the physios. We also have exciting players coming in from Duleep Trophy as well.”
