Hardik Pandya is back!

Hardik Pandya is back in action after a month-long break. The Indian all-rounder shared photos of his training session as he gears up for the upcoming T20 series against Bangladesh. Pandya, who has opted out of red-ball cricket, will definitely play key role in both the white-ball format. His return to the nets is a positive sign for Indian cricket fans.

What has happened to Babar Azam?

Pakistan’s Babar Azam is facing a slump in form. His recent dismissal in a practice match against a local left-arm spinner and poor performance in the Test series against Bangladesh have grabbed attention. Babar has zero fifties in the ongoing WTC cycle. With Pakistan’s difficult upcoming tours, questions about his captaincy are also being raised.

Rinku Singh in Duleep Trophy!

The BCCI has announced revised squads for the second round of the Duleep Trophy, following the departure of several players for the India-Bangladesh series. Suyash Prabhudesai and Rinku Singh have been added to the India B team to replace Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant. This is a significant opportunity for Rinku Singh, who has excelled in T20 cricket and now has a chance to prove his worth in red-ball cricket as well.

Cyber attack on IPL teams!

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is facing a cyberattack. Both Delhi Capitals (DC) and Rajasthan Royals’ (RR) Twitter accounts were hacked on Tuesday, September 10, which was also the national hacking day. The hackers are spreading links to a cryptocurrency scam. Tweets were made from these teams’ social media account about some financial frauds.

Neeraj Chopra in action!

Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra is set to compete in the Diamond League final in Brussels on September 14. Aiming to break the 90m barrier, Chopra has consistently delivered his best throws in Diamond League competitions. The Haryana-based javelin thrower qualified for the final after solid performances in Lausanne and Doha. With a personal best of 89.94m, Chopra hopes to achieve his long-awaited 90m milestone in Brussels.

Skipper Stokes returns for ENG vs PAK!

England has named their squad for the upcoming Test series against Pakistan. Tom Hartley, despite his recent heroics, has been dropped in favor of Rehan Ahmed. Dan Lawrence has also been omitted following a poor series against Sri Lanka. Jordan Cox, an uncapped Essex batter, will make his Test debut. Zak Crawley, who was injured during the Edgbaston Test, is back in the squad and is expected to be fit for the first match.Apart from this, Brydon Carse, who was suspended for betting activities earlier this year, has also been named in the series as Mark Wood continues to be on the sidelines after his injury. The most welcome return, however, is of skipper Ben Stokes!
