Vacation over! Jasprit Bumrah returns to practice ahead of IND vs NZ Test return

India Cricket Team ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah finishes vacation and begings training hard in nets to return for IND vs NZ Test series!

India Cricket Team ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah has begun his preparations. The speedster was spotted hitting the nets as a long red ball season awaits on the cards. While Bumrah won’t be playing any part in the Duleep Trophy and IND vs BAN Test series, there remains a major doubt about his participation in the IND vs NZ Test series.

But the primary objective for Team India is to keep Jasprit Bumrah fresh and fit for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy later on this year. The same will also be the likely case with Mohammed Shami.

Jasprit Bumrah toils hard at nets

In a bid to keep himself fit, Bumrah has begun his preparations to hit the ground running. The last international game that Bumrah played was back in the ICC T20 World Cup. Following which, he hasn’t been any part for Team India. Bumrah wasn’t a part of the team that toured Sri Lanka as Gambhir claimed that the ace pacer’s workload will be managed adequately.

It doesn’t matter if Bumrah is playing or not, but the player wants to be fit and ready for action. The Vacation mode for Bumrah is over as he now begins his preparation to return to team India for the India vs New Zealand Test series.
