Paris Olympics: PV Sindhu continues red hot form in Paris Olympics 2024, secure pre quarter finals spot by beating Kristin Kubba

India’s ace badminton star PV Sindhu continues to shine in Paris Olympics. She went on to batter Kristin Kubba in straight sets to secure her spot in the pre quarter finals of the Women’s singles championships. PV Sindhu breezed past her Estonian opponent with a score of 21-5, 21-10 in a game that lasted just 34 minutes.

Back to back dominating performance from from India’s ace women’s shuttler sees her comfortably securing a place in the Round of 16. She already has a silver and a bronze, but Paris Olympics would be the perfect opportunity for the 29-year old to clinch the elusive gold medal.

PV Sindhu Outclass Kristin Kubba

Estonia’s Kristin Kubba failed to provide a strong competition to the Indian star. Such was PV Sindhu’s dominance that she barely had to break a sweat in game 1. The first game lasted only 14 minutes which saw Sindhu going berserk to go for the kill. She won the round with a score of 21-5.

In the second game of the match, Kristin Kubba did try to launch a fight back. But it came to no avail as the vastly experienced PV Sindhu continued to overpower her. Eventually, the Indian star finished the game in 19 mins to secure the match with a second game score of 21-10.
