The Bangalore Football Stadium (BFS) has become a symbol of neglect amidst the rise of world-class stadiums around the globe. This concern became tragically evident during a recent local match between SHA and CVR, when a stand at the BFS collapsed, injuring several fans.

Reports indicate the BFS has been in a state of disrepair for years, with crumbling infrastructure and inadequate maintenance. This neglect stands in stark contrast to the modern facilities showcased in major football leagues.
The stadium currently in such a shambolic state when an entire row, where people were watching the match from, completely fell down. Multiple injuries are reported to fans, who were extremely unfortunate. Built in the heart of the city, the BFS has been the hub of local football activities for over 50 years.
